Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire high-quality talent that supports the Company's strategic business objectives. - Current Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in Cogito, Clarity, Caboodle, or another Epic reporting application is required.
- Advanced SQL skills highly preferred.
- Experience with Epic reporting tools including Cogito, Caboodle, Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar, or SlicerDicer.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks is a plus.
- Experience with AI, predictive analytics, healthcare innovation, or automation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing consulting skills.
